FACTS
Cotton College offers as many as 21 undergraduate and 20 postgraduate courses in all the three major departments of science, humanities and social science. Former president of India Sri Shankar Dayal Sharma declared the college a postgraduate institution in the year 1992 at a formal ceremony. The year 2001- 02 was the Centenary year of the college, which was celebrated with a year long programme.

The college runs a students published magazine called 'Cottonian Magazine'. Cotton College also runs an IT Education Center, which is called the Cotton College Computer and IT Education Center (CCCITEC). The college also has collaboration with Center for Development of Advanced Computing.
